The Scotia Group has been established for nearly 20 years and is a major player in the Owners Corporation and Insurance industries. Having worked solely in these fields has allowed the company to develop and refine our services to ensure we remain a market leader.

The company was initially formed with a handful of carpenters and painters undertaking building maintenance and repairs in and around the SE suburbs of Victoria. The expansion of the industry in the last 10 years has seen the company employ a vast range of trades and extend our works to include the CBD and all metropolitan suburbs. It has also seen the introduction of a fully serviced glazing business and access equipment business.

Indeed it is this expansion that has prompted us to further develop our services in 2012. The Scotia Group will soon be operating in regional Victoria, ensuring the same level of service and commitment to those living in the country.

The integration of customised software is another exciting development this year. This portal will allow our clients to log on and be instantly updated on current claims and work orders. New claims and work orders can be requested online and all relevant quotes, reports and photographs can be accessed by our clients. We understand and recognise how important it is to be 100% informed at all times and soon it will all be possible at the click of a button.
