We were engaged to inspect and report on the condition of the roofing and drainage systems at a commercial property in Parkville. The scope included first and second-floor roof assessments, stormwater and sewer inspections, and substation roof maintenance. Following the inspection, extensive restoration works were undertaken to address water ingress risks and ensure long-term compliance.
