We have developed a job tracking software which is unique to the industry in that it serves all parties associated with strata repairs and maintenance.

The system is live and contains all job requests, quote requests and insurance claims. Our clients are able to log in and view real-time information on their requests; including reports, photographs, status updates and documents.

We understand how important it is to be fully informed, and you can do this at the click of a button. The system allows you to interact online with the person managing your request. There is also an escalation process in place, eliminating "lost paperwork". It allows efficient handling of requests and transparency of the process.
