We have developed our own job tracking software that provides all parties associated with strata repairs and maintenance, access via our online portal.

The system is live and contains all job requests, quote requests and insurance claims. Our clients are able to log in and view real-time information on their requests; including reports, photographs, status updates and documents.

We understand how important it is to be fully informed, and you can do this at the click of a button. The system allows you to interact online with the person managing your request. There is also an escalation process in place, eliminating "lost paperwork". It allows efficient handling of requests and transparency of the entire process.
